Complaints

If you have a complaint about anything in school please speak to us - we find that misunderstandings or issues are best dealt with quickly!
 
In the first instance please speak to your child's teacher.  If this is not sufficient, or if your complaint is about the class teacher, then please speak to the head teacher.  If this still does not resolve your issue, or you wish to make a complaint about the head teacher, please put your complaint in writing to the governor responsible for complaints - Mrs Helen Wood.  
 
If these routes do not resolve your complaint you can go through the formal complaints procedure as detailed in the policy below.
 
Please note that complaints that are anonymous cannot be dealt with.
